They may consider factors such as the condition of the car, its market value, salvageable parts, and the demand for scrap materials.
Price Quotation: Based on the assessment, Wortech RVSF provides the car owner with a price quotation for scrapping the vehicle. The quotation typically takes into account the estimated value of the car’s scrap materials and any additional services offered, such as free towing or handling the necessary paperwork.
Acceptance and Schedule: If the car owner agrees to the price quotation, they accept the offer and schedule a convenient time for Wortech RVSF to collect the vehicle. The online platform may facilitate the scheduling process and provide notifications or reminders to both parties.
Vehicle Collection: On the scheduled date, Wortech RVSF sends a representative or a towing service to the location specified by the car owner. They handle the collection of the vehicle, ensuring it is properly loaded and transported to their scrap facility.
Scrap Processing: Once the vehicle reaches the scrap facility, it undergoes a dismantling and recycling process. Salvageable parts may be removed for resale, while the remaining materials, such as metal, plastics, and fluids, are processed for recycling or disposal following environmental regulations.
Documentation and Legal Transfer: Wortech RVSF assists the car owner in completing any necessary paperwork, such as transferring the ownership of the vehicle to Wortech RVSF or providing a certificate of destruction. This ensures that the vehicle is properly deregistered and the car owner is relieved of any liability.
Payment: Upon successful completion of the scrap process and paperwork, Wortech RVSF makes the agreed-upon payment to the car owner. The payment can be made through various methods, such as bank transfer or electronic payment.
